We do ask that you provide us with as much information as possible about your concern to help us find a resolution as quickly as possible. If you have a desired resolution please let us know to give us insight into how you feel the issue may be addressed.
Please know that you are able to submit a complaint anonymously by not including your name or email in the form. However, if you would like us to get back to you and assist you with your concerns, please make sure to include your name and email.
What happens after a complaint has been lodged?
We aim to acknowledge and resolve your concerns at the first point of contact. If this is not possible, we will acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible and send it to the appropriate team for investigation and resolution.
